How to Book a package
- Due to limited quantities of equipment, we are happy to help with making a reservation! Reservations are first come first serve. Email us at thewarrentonpicnicco@gmail.com to inquire with a date, time, package experience, and theme in mind.
- Set ups typically take an hour of work ahead of time and an hour to break down. Our schedules can be relatively flexible.
- You will be emailed a confirmation and we will communicate through thewarrentonpicnicco@gmail.com for any themes selected, special requests, accommodations, and purchase agreement documents.
- Weather: Warrenton Picnic Co wants you to enjoy any outdoor experience with us! If it is forecasted to rain, or we are expecting severe weather, we will do everything we can to reschedule or adjust the times. It is great if you have an alternative indoor location in mind as well! If we have to cancel due to weather within 24 hours you will keep your credit with us and schedule for a future date. Deposits are non refundable and will be credited for future experiences with us.
