Day of Wedding Coordination

If you are the Bride and Groom, the last think you want to worry about on your big day is if your vendors are all in the right place at the right time and if everything is just how you envisioned! Let us help you with that allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details!  

Our day of coordination includes: 

  • A walk through of the venue, and a meeting at least one month prior 
  • Up to 10 hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant (if guest count warrants one) (min 2-hour set up, 6-hour event, 2-hour breakdown)
  • Bridal party and vendor check in's
  • Confirmation of floor plan layout and overall design
  • Assist with setting up personal decor* of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc...
  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
  • Directing the ceremony processional, recessional, cocktail hour, and reception
  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
